When will my order arrive? Most packages are wrapped, boxed, and ready for shipment within 48 hours of ordering. The exception to this is any personalized or custom product. That adds 7 days for processing. Sometimes we get them done faster! YAY! We deliver those to the shipping carriers Monday through Friday. Get your orders in early for the holidays as that is when it is more likely to take the full 7 days. 

Why does processing take so long? Well, this is a small family business. We want to make sure that the quality is at its peak when we ship to you. 

Can I do a custom design? Yes we can! Contact sales@treasurebydesign.com to get the process started.

Can I get an update on my order? You'll get an updated email once your order has been shipped out. We also ship with tracking numbers and insurance and you'll also receive that tracking number in the email as well. If you need to check on an order please email us at support@treasurebydesign.com

What are the washing instructions? 

  • Turn inside out. Wash in cold water with no bleach. Dry on low or hang dry.


You certainly don't have to follow these instructions. However, your designs will last a lot longer if you do.

    Can my signs go outside? If you want them outside please use a sealer spray before hanging them. We would be happy to do this for you at no extra charge if specified in the order. Also, realize the sun will always bleach them over time.

    Do you have a size chart? Our blank shirts vary depending on the style. We are working on including a size chart on each applicable product at this time. If we have missed one, feel free to let us know so we can fix it. Thank you for understanding we're human and make mistakes. 

    What if something I want is out of stock? If an item is out of stock, a blue button will appear on the page that says, "Email When Available." Click on this button, enter your name and email address, and we'll send an email out to you when it is back in stock! Easy, right?

    What is a pre-sale? These are items that we are in the process of manufacturing right now. Expected ship dates will be included in the product listing. 

    What is an affiliate / brand ambassador? These are individuals who love our products so much they enjoy sharing them on a social media platform. Each affiliate is given their own unique link to our website. They then earn a percentage of every sale made from the use of their link.
